We promote equity in education, employment and opportunity through long-term relationships with young people and their families and communities.
Year-round learning is the key to keeping students on the path to successful adulthood. B-READY After-School Program serves over 300 young people in grades K-college at two church-hosted sites in the South End and Lower Roxbury. B-SAFE, our summer enrichment program which runs at four additional sites in Dorchester, Mattapan, and Chelsea serves approximately 580 students each summer.
Engaging & Supporting Teens
St. Stephen's Teen Program helps our young people to graduate from high school with a well-formulated, individual roadmap to success, Our programming also equips and empowers young people to be leaders and agents of change.
Our school and community partnerships support the schools our students attend and marshal state-wide resources to address the root causes of problems that disproportionately impact low-income, urban communities.
